Busy tradesman, mobile workforces and adventurous ute owners need tough gear that works for work during the week and recreation during the weekend.
Do you struggle with: load capacity, access to gear, adjustability of layout, stolen equipment, lack of storage, water damage and gear not lasting the distance?
The TrailCore is the most spacious, practical and modern Service Body ever so you can so you can get stuff done, enjoy life’s adventures.
Check out this video to see it in action:
The TrailCore 4-in-1 flooring system is a ground-breaking advancement in the design of a Service Body. Rather than a box built on a flat floor, the TrailCore follows the shape of the chassis in the middle and is raised on the sides to allow for wheel travel.
But what was wrong with the traditional style everyone uses where the floor is flat? Why did we come up with such a bold innovation?
- Ergonomics. Ute's are getting taller and taller, and having the drop-down floor design the centre section makes it easier to lift loads in and out.
- Maximising Space. There is no dead space either under the floor or inside the body with the 4-in-1 system.
- Reducing the overall height. When an underbody drawer is added to a traditional Service Body it is either very slim or the whole body gets lifted higher. Because the 'underbody' drawer is now inside, it does not change the height of your body.
- Weather Protection. Because the drawer system is now inside the body, there is no risk of water or dust ingress.
Why is it called the 4-in-1 system? Without changing the structure of the body, we give you 4 completely unique base configurations depending on what you need. Check out the four options below:
Accessing gear positioned in the center of a Service Body can be challenging, especially if your Ute has been lifted. This not only reduces productivity but also raises the risk of strain injuries on the job.
The TrailCore Service Body solves this with its innovative drop-down floor design. The center section acts as a full-length drawer, allowing you to slide gear out from the middle and access it easily from the rear. This ensures you can make full use of the Service Body, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow on the job site.
Whether you're at the job site or the camp site, ease of unloading is key to getting stuff done and enjoying adventures.
The door sills are shaped to enable equipment to slide in and out smoothly without the need to lift it over the door frame. This speeds up access to your gear.
Additionally, the full-width rear door extends to the edge of the body, providing much greater access from the rear, especially when reaching for items stored on the central shelves.

Does your ute live up to the demands of your lifestyle?
Whether you're off-roading in the bush, cruising the motorway, or at the beach, the TrailCore Service Body delivers both style and performance.
Its refined design, which follows the contour of the ute body, is sure to turn heads. Plus, with no exposed rivets on the exterior, it's perfect for easy signwriting.

Often a Service Body or tray and canopy combo will not come standard with infill panels, leaving areas of the underbody exposed.
This leaves the vehicle looking unfinished and out of shape.
The Utemaster TrailCore Service Body comes standard with infill panels to suit the contours of the ute it's going on. These are all model-specific and will cover up any exposed areas under the body, enhancing the overall style.
Most modern utes come with rear radar systems that assist drivers with features like blind spot warnings, cross-traffic alerts, and reverse braking.
When fitting a tray or body, these radars often get tacked on underneath which makes them vulnerable to damage offroad.
The TrailCores rear bumper is designed to securely house the radar system, keeping it protected from damage.
With the amount of gear you need for work and adventure, it doesn't take much to max out your payload!
Keeping your weight down is not only important for driver safety, but it also reduces fuel consumption and improves offroad dynamics.
The Utemaster TrailCore Service Body is lightweight so you can take more gear with you. This has been achieved using the aluminium extrusion design which requires less material to achieve a strength rating that easily matches traditional Service Body designs.
Whether you're out on a dusty 4WD track or in the rain, a leak can damage tools or adventure gear.
This is not only costly, but it can also hinder your ability to get stuff done.
The TrailCore Service Body has minimal joints, no exposed rivets piercing the skin and full seals on all of the doors so your gear will be dry and free of dust.
The underfloor drawer is now inside the main body, so is not exposed to the elements.
Whether you're cooking up lunch or getting your tools ready for a job - bench space is key to convenience and efficiency.
The TrailCore split door adds an extra 1200mm of workbench space, perfect for everything from job site tasks to cooking up a meal at the campsite, giving you more flexibility wherever you are.
Tray canopies usually have two locks per door, making it time-consuming to access your gear, with six locks to manage.
The Utemaster TrailCore Service Body features a single slam-lock handle in the center, latching on both sides for easy access and security.
This allows you to open the body in one quick motion, even when carrying gear.

When parked the body does get warm just like the Centurion Canopy, however customers have reported: "I went camping on Fraser in summer for 7 days straight mate and my fridge was faultless. Not a warm beer in sight"
The interior of the body is lined with a heavy-duty plywood base, which makes it easy to bolt down fridge slides and other equipment to the floor.
It also features built in T-Tracks which make mounting accessories a breeze.
Absolutely! Since the doors are made out of aluminium you can easily fix some recovery track mounting pins.
We recommend mounting the spare wheel inside the body, most customers position it at the front of the drawer or against the front wall.
The extrusion used for the TrailCore frame features T-Track throughout. This can be used to mount accessories such as the Internal Shelving Units, eyelets and other aftermarket accessories.
Each door has a full automotive bulb seal to help prevent water from entering the body. It also has built-in rain channels so that when you open the doors the water doesn't run into your gear.
As you can imagine our products undergo a lot of design, testing, and development before they are released to the market. For this reason, we do not specialise in custom fabrication.
if you require an accessory that is not listed on our website and is custom-made, we recommend consulting with a local fabricator who will be able to help you build something for the product.
At this stage we are only holding stock of black double cab bodies, however you can order white as "made to order" which will be built to spec and shipped from our NZ factory. We recommend allowing 6-9 weeks for this.
