We've pushed the Centurion Canopy to its limits - from static testing to dynamic stress tests, to ensure it can handle whatever you throw at it.

The Utemaster Centurion Canopy is easy to install because it attaches to the ute using factory mounting points in the tub.
This means it requires no drilling so if you decide to remove the canopy e.g. for selling, there's no need to worry about damaging your vehicle.
We provide fitting instructions and videos with every product, so you can easily install the canopy yourself. Additionally, the central locking system is designed to be wired up without the need for an electrician, making it even easier to set up.
With the Utemaster Cantilever Roof Rack, the Utemaster Centurion Canopy is load rated to 200kg dynamic load rating and 600kg static load rating. Unlike flat-pack canopies, our Hilux Centurion Canopy bolts directly to the tub’s load points which ensures that weight is distributed evenly while driving for maximum safety and stability.
Utemaster’s Hilux Centurion Canopy weighs 60kg, whilst the Cantilever Roof Rack weighs in at 17kgs and the accompanying Roller to suit Hilux Cantilever Rack weighs an additional 3kgs.
Our Centurion Canopy to suit the Toyota Hilux is made from aluminium which gives it a superior load rating, better access and security, and keeps the weight down.
Prices start at $8,692 + GST for the Hilux Centurion Canopy. Exact pricing will depend on your model of Hilux, canopy specs, and any accompanying accessories that you add to your order. Our Hilux Canopies are made to order with a lead time of around 3-weeks from the date that you place your order.
The Centurion Canopy typically takes 30-60 minutes to fit on a Hilux without central locking. With central locking, expect to add another 30-60 minutes to the installation time. The Canopy is fitted directly to the Hilux tub using your existing factory mounting points which means that there is no drilling.
Yes. If you choose to purchase our Centurion Canopy for your Hilux and don’t want to add the Cantilever Rack, you’ll still be able to use a normal T-Track with crossbars. Your local roof rack store will be able to help you with finding an appropriate brand and model to suit.
It’s worth remembering that a standard T-Track will have a lower load rating than the Utemaster Cantilever Rack, so it’s important that you check the load rating of the crossbar before loading.
Yes, Our Hilux Centurion Canopy is fully sealed to stop water and dust from getting into your gear. Your Hilux will have a small gap in the tailgate where dust can enter, however, we do also sell a tailgate Seal Kit to prevent any dust from coming in either side of the tailgate.
Yes! If your four-legged mate is coming along for the ride, then we recommend adding our Dog Vent Kit to your order to increase airflow in the canopy.
All Hilux Centurion Canopies come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The Utemaster Centurion Canopy suits 2016-2024 Toyota Hilux models (inc. wide track) including the GR-S, Rogue, Rugged X, SR, SR5, and WorkMate.
