We freight nationwide, it is always cheaper to freight to a business address with a forklift so this is preferable. However, we can freight to a residential address for an additional fee. We can also arrange for it to be delivered to the nearest depot where you can collect it from.
Typically, a freight company will not cover an item damaged during transit.
This is why we offer our own "no-risk" insurance cover for all products sent by Utemaster. This means that if a product is damaged by the freight company we will be able to lodge a claim.
Please note: For the Freight company to cover the damage costs, the customer/receiver can not have signed for the goods as being delivered without damage. Please make sure to check the package thoroughly before signing.
We accept internet banking and credit card payments, please note credit card payments incur a surcharge and direct-to-consumer sales require payment in full before dispatch.

Utemaster products are designed to be DIY installed without mechanical/auto electrical knowledge. In most cases, installation is a no-drill fit. To find out more information click on the fitting section of the product web page.
